The picture is nicely laid out...but it seems that the contrast is not high enough to properly see the details as clearly as hoped for for example the blacked out areas around the two arms and the sword. But overall it looks really nicely blended and the pic is gorgeous!

though as some have mentoined, the text is a bit out of place (not in terms of mood, but rather where the desktop icons are going to overlap it)
There's definately a dark feel to it though, so its like you got the effect you wanted it to convey. Great job!
