Hi all, my first submission here on AP, and my first real vector as well. (I usually make sigs, but hey, it's time to go bigger.)
And it's of Teresa from Claymore! She's my fav character from the manga/anime and I was disappointed that there are virtually no walls of her...so I made one! XD
I vectored this scan and the whole process + effects took about a week. I learned a lot while making it haha. I first wanted to use a screenshot from episode 8 for the vision I had in mind, but the more I looked at this scan, the more I liked it. As you can see from it, Clare's head cuts off some of Teresa's hair, so I had to invent some of it on the bottom left.
Textures are from Desktop Anime, and some light fractal brushes from Deviant Art. I used some smudging and blurring in the background as well, and lots of color enhancements and gradients. The theme is kinda simple, but radiant/elegant. I hope you like it! Comments and/or favs are quite welcome, not to mention any improvements to give Teresa justice. ;P
