Another Nill wallpaper, and again it's widescreen and 4:3.
This time around it's a vector from a rather small image I found on OneManga, the whole scene was rather adorable. I'd just ignore such emo rants (I've become rather blunt when it comes to whining) but unlike me Nill is a cute girl so she cares.
There wasn't really much to this wall exept vectoring, I also tried some falling in light effects but I don't know how I feel about that yet, if anyone knows a good tutorial for this let me know. I also had some trouble picking the colors and I made slight changes to her dress.

When I started I had something really spectacular in mind, but when I look at it now it seems kind of boring to me.

Textures from DA! and patterns from Hybrid Genesis.

YUp, a very very very nice wall! ^___^ I've seen this wall on minitokyo before, but didn't have the chance to comment on it so this is the right time... Quite don't need to have tons of effects, yet your vector alone is sooo damn beautiful. It's clean, captivating and almost flawless. One of the best DOGs walls I've ever seen *___________*

Looks nice, and what catches my eye is the perspective and seeming movement in the wall =]

As if she was photographed while dancing...or something similar xD

Anyway, apart from that, the vector is very clean indeed, and might've been dull to the eyes if you had not used the textures, awesome touch with that ^_~

Overall, lovely job, looking forward to seeing more from you <3 emoticon

When I first saw this wall I was like "there is Dogs anime!? why didn't I hear about this earlier!?"
then I read it was a vector. Seriously: if they did anime in the same quality as your wall, it would be gorgeous.

The wall is really eye catching. Surprisingly, to achieve it, it didn't need any flashy colours, naked women or bloody scenes. Good choice of scan and topic :]
Colouring is very nice, fitting. Finishing is also well done. The delicate rays of light, detailed shadows on her dress and on the columns.

Only one eye poking thing is the border between the right wing and the skin. It needs some different solution.

Overall: very very good.
A bit of shame you don't see it so. On the other hand, if it's not as amazing as you wanted it to be, then your idea must have been mind blowing.

Very nice image, I like the toned down colours and the texture. Imho, you could lighten up a little the outline of the background objects [or the whole background, only a little, and a bit more on the right side], to add a bit of depth, and for the same purpose you could add some sort of depth of field blur over the background in the right side [since it's farther away from the camera]. It would make the character stand out more from the background. Other than that, great work, the vector looks pretty smooth. Oh, and perhaps the character's outline could be coloured according to the colour of the object: brownish for skin, dark blue for dress, blueish for wings and some other colour for hair; just a thought, though. Thanks for making this wallie, +fav
