I started out making just a normal, full screen beach wall, but meh... it's been done. More specifically, I've done it before XD So I placed the beach I made in Photoshop inside the silhouette I vectored of the gator from screen shots. I then did cartoony water and bubbles in the outermost background, just to emphasize the summery beach bit. I guess it's more design that scenic... or a little combination of the two.
