This was a spur of the moment wallpaper because the scan was just too cute and irresitible. I mean, sheep crossing! With a bewildered Winry and Alphonse and a lounging Edward, all looking young and innocent. I have a soft spot for sheep, I'm afraid. This was a simple wallpaper to make, I merely converted the vertical scan format to a horizontal wallpaper format. I was highly amused that I, a biotech student with strong interest in the industry, should find myself cloning sheep. Sure, I used the stamp tool and not the extensive laboratory equipment of my colleagues, but you'll be able to find several "Dolly"s in the wallpaper.
Somehow, the youthful appearance of the characters and the whimsical setting made me aim for a nostalgic feeling with canvas textures and aged yellow coloration.
This wallpaper is dedicated to Flyindreams for being one of the major organizers of Minitokyo's W.A.R (wallpaper art revolution) contest and doing such a good job to boot! I'm sure she's felt plenty frazzled by all the twists and turns and I hope this light-hearted wallpaper will put her in a good mood. If not, perhaps she'll be able to count the sheep and get a good night's rest, because she certainly deserves it!
