Oho, how unusual. A bitmap wallpaper from me. Seriously though, I've come to finishing a part of my works collection started eons ago and never finished. This Gintama wall is the first of them. It's not entirely vectored like most of my works, and I'm not sure if I remember how I started the background on this one (date of last save before I decided to end it today? 2007-01-02. Ok. Now onto the main dish.

Gintama. A very underrated anime. In my opinion the best effort from Shonen Jump ever (with Yakitate Ja-Pan at close second). Yet, not many people watch this intelligent parody of all shonen manga and anime. My idea was to make a wallpaper with some characters to promote this show. I didn't have any idea what kind of it. Anyway, it struck me when I first saw the newly unveiled cover of the No More Kings debut album. To tell the truth, I never really listened to that CD. I even don't have the slightest idea, what kind of music they play. But I loved that cover at first sight. I mixed it with the initial idea of making a Gintama WP... and there you have it, after almost an year. Please comment.
