As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Ok, well the edit button just deleted my entire description so here are the fine points:

Wow, I like this one even better than the other one :D I have no complaints about it. The rain looks fine to me. The lighting was odd at first but when you explain it it looks fine. I love the background too. Nice job!

Don't complain about the rain it's okay Nice work on the backgroung and the charas... What totally leaves me speechless is your lighting. It was pretty obviuos where the light source was, (at least for me). Really nice soft shading. Fantastic work!

Nice editing.
Only flaw I find is that it is too similar to the actual scene, I would have liked to see a more, but hey, what ever works.
