Please full-view~ Widescreen recommended!!

Ok, so yeah, wow. I'm back! It might have been a month since my last wallpaper. :/ I'm not sure, but I guess it doesn't matter. Now, I realize someone made a wallpaper recently with this scan so you might be like, "Awww, not again!" but mine is very different. ^^ I was working on this for quite some time. Well, quite some time...most of it today. The extracting took the longest, which I started a couple weeks ago [I was lazy], and today I had this burst of creative energy to get this wallpaper done!! Here's the lovely original scan (it was so clear...must've been reCG-ed at some point):

So what I did was extract and...well...a lot of other stuff. XD I got the idea for the flame-y Hell background because of her wings. They looked torn, and I started using the burn tool to make it look like her wings were burnt and ruined that way. That's what gave me the idea to make the background all fiery! I found a tutorial on deviantart for painting flames, and I had fun with it. :3 I changed the colors some...shrank some flames.

As for Remilia, I duplicated her and had one layer have an inner shadow. That layer I erased some away to have the brightness in some places. The shadowy parts worked well with the Texture that I put over top, to give her more of a dirty burnt look. XD I also muted her colors...did some more burning...fun stuff. And then the brushwork for the embers (or whatever they are).
