This is my first serious wallpaper. I chose Urahara because I don't see a lot of wallpapers of him during his shinigami days. I was angsty when my first version of this received a lot of negative critisicm because I thought it was great as it was. Then I remembered part of artistic endeavors is breaking away from what you're comfortable with and now I'm very satisfied after I put in the extra effort.

I also liked this experience because it was the first time I combined several different photoshop techniques I'd learned without the help of a tutorial. It took be about 5 hours on and off to complete.
