+ the wall look kinda bland.
+ Those thorns are rather flats, conparing to the char.

Beautiful wall, I like the symbolism: even though everything else is blackened, the windows to her soul are still shining bright. Or in not-so-poetic terms, cool eyes. Also i LOVE the use of latin, nice to know it's not completely dead. Deus ex wallpaper!

Well...first off I can't stress enough how horrible it is to hear that this year has been so horrible for you. I really, truly cannot express enough, even though I don't know you, how bad I feel for you. I can only hope that next year will not only make up for this year, but also surpass it as well. I'm glad that you did decide to submit this. This little number really caught my eye and I couldn't help but to post a comment.


The scan is..well it's very interesting to say the least. Though, I'm not a big fan of Yuji, I do have to say that the girl has an incredibly haunting stare @_@. Those eyes too..just really adds in for such a great effect. Heck, her whole facial expression..is just very haunting. This scan is simply perfect for this kind of background and also grealty adds to the overall mood the whole wall gives off. I have to say you made an excellant choice.

As for the background. Nothing wrong with simple XD. I personally think something like this is best minimalistic. So nice to recieve advice from such leet wallers XD Of course, you're on your way there as well, flyindreams ;). I really love the whole 'grungish' type feel the wall gives off and also the whole concept behind it. I'm not much of a religious person either, but I can greatly relate to that and I think it was a very nice additional touch on the door frame, it's a bit different, but it's rather fitting. What really caught my eye was what you did behind the door. That was a great idea, putting scenery behind it, it really gives the viewer the impression that she's bound there, sorta bound in a solitary room, confined. Or at least that's the whole impression I get. Imprisoned, not even able to view the beautiful outside. The room is simply gorgeous and @_@ My gosh, I still really love the whole concept behind the door =x. That is what greatly attracted my eyes to this wall and I really do have to say I'm glad that you did submit this amazing little number. I cannot find a single thing wrong with this wall. Yes, a rather depressing mood, but considering I love depressing poetry (hooray for emo stuff, hehe) I really enjoy beautiful works of art like this.

Overall, I think it came out..well, beauitfully. Fantastic work, Flyingdreams, this has earned a favorite from me. I look foward to seeing more creative and unique work from you \o/.
