I wanted to give the sense of an explosion with that wallpaper, like the character had hit the ground and shot up a plume of smoke, dirt and debri. I also decided to go with a slight tech look, mainly because it looked pretty good with the rest of the image and that's how it turned out (kind of by accident really). Overall, this is just a fun kind of wall I did for a show I enjoy. so check it out.

so the wall...i like the explosion effect kind athinget you got going on. it really works well for the character...who's name i can't remember x_x

Nice wallpaper, the wavy explosion effect is awesome. I think the colors match up with her really well also. The other thing I really like about your wallpaper is the positioning. With the semi-busy background you have going there, it would feel odd if the girl is not positioned the she is now. One complaint though is the scan itself. Don't you think the eyes are "a bit" too big?! I know that has nothing to do with your skills =) Good job on the wallpaper

Hmz..explosion ne? hmz..for me it looks like a tunnel, cause of that round thing you put on the back, but the effects sure looks good. altough...it would be better if the scan wasn't a manga styled scan, some full colour would fit better. hmz..other things are good, colours and stuff matches well. good job ^^.

Not too sure about the gray glow around her, and I've seen you do better text. I like the background, though. The explosion does look like feathers, but it still looks great. :)

Ah the legendary "red" that i hear so much about from tat, kalico, etc, lol. Nice to meetcha! i really like the wall, but whats even cooler is yuor timing on this. im working on a wall right now, and needed a perspective on flames, and this is really gonna help to reference to, so THANKS!!! awesome job, btw, but i think the text stands out a bit much for my taste. ja ne!

The abstract work on the bground looks like feathers X3 I like the whole gravitation effect you tried to create ^^

I like the eyes. She looks slightly insane. I like anime girls like that, the dangerous ones you can't ignore. I think the explosion effect works very well. The composition is simple, but effective. The colors are especially good.
