Firstly, her name is not Silka. It's Simca/Shimuka. Secondly, the buildings are okay but could have been a lot better with more details and their perspective is surely weird. Thirdly, I would like to see all these elements a little more blended together, because right now there is a detailed sky and 2 detailed trees, some real simple buildings and a semi detailed Simca.
Anyway, I have to give you huge props for vectoring this from a doll and making it look so awesome.

I really admire your drawing+coloring Simca.
You've captured her pose and body structure well, since it's often the case that sketching from real life objects proves difficult.
I'm usually touchy about the face; you've done pretty well, except, the right eye's a lil too big.

As for the wallpaper itself, one can be impressed by the separate features but not so much by its holistic quality. The images somehow don't blend well.
Also, I dont know if it's just me or what but I find the size/shape of the moon out of place - resize it and blame the brush I guess XD ?
