I'm re-submitting this with more than half the vectors deleted and redone, then most of the background that weren't re-vectored had their effects changed.
I tried to make the wall more solid-like instead of the soft colors that gave my original submission an N/A rating.

Yes, the background is really nice. It gives movement to the picture without overcharging it like so many backgrounds do for this kind of wallpaper.
