The whole idea to me came when I saw this scan here while listening to Iced Earth's "I Died For You"

It actually is my first attempt at using more than one or two colours on a grungy background and I think it turned out quite good.

Took me about 6-7 hours to finish it.

Grungy and cool, but it looks like there are additional outlines of letters to the left of the main text. It kind of looks wierd and I think it would look better if that had been taken out.

Stunning wp! the coloring is just perfect. and you used such a nice scan. i feel there could have been alittle less brush work on their faces but overall you've done an amazing job! :)

A beautiful grunge wallpaper! I like all the brushes you used, they go sooo nicely with the scan!! I love X-1999 wallpapers okay...they're kinda depressing but some are so cute ^O^ And really nice too, like this one =3
I like the brushes you used for the background, really seems like a reck in the wallpaper, so depressing...=.= Not nice...I like the wallpaper though, I like the idea! ^O^

I really like the pure emotion that comes from this one. The background seems fit for a horror movie, yet somehow doesn't seem out of place. Granted, she died under a sakura tree, it still doesn't seem too far-fetched. Given the bleak fate of both characters, this conveys the running emotions quite well.

You really added some great effects to this wallpaper. The grunge look really works for this picture, as well as the blood and the rest of the background. All around, this comes together well. Good job!

I wish the area was a bit more clear around their faces so the expressions could be more visable, but aside from that, the wall's amazing. The choice of title also is perfect =)

I love the colors, especially the way you had them so neutral, but contrasting with the blood. The letters are not too distracting, but it does take away from the image a bit. I especially like the reflection, by the way.
