This is my entry for the script refinery 2nd wallpaper contest. You can can check ou the group page for contest details but for a brief explanation. Our wallpaper entries should have been inspired by a specific song and incorporate some of the lyrics into the wallpaper.

My inspiration for this wallpaper is Sakura Drops by one of my favorites singers, Utada Hikaru. I was inspired by the mv and wanted to my wallpaper to be colorful like much of Utada's mvs. I saw this Nana scan and immediately fell in love with it. Nana just has this romantic hopeful expression on her face which perfectly matches the theme and feel of the song. And since the title of the song is entitled Sakura Drops, I of course wanted to put in some cherry blossoms in my wall. I chose a curvy font for the text to give it a more romantic feel.

I really had so much fun making this wallpaper and I hope you all like it.
