This vector was a lot more work than I originally thought it would be!
I figured that "head in the clouds" was an appropriate theme for any Osaka wallpaper. I tried to keep the clouds cartoony and not too overdone in order to blend in with the animation style.
I originally wanted to have Chiyo flying by in the sky too, but was unable to find an image good enough to even vector from. I did have Osaka flying with the pigtails to work with, but I thought that would be weird since Osaka is in the foreground. So instead I just went with having Father there.
Edited and reuploaded to fix some artifacting around the logo!
