Well, after receiving some advise, I did a few changes, added the original color to Nel and gave it a darker tone. I liked it better in yellow, but people kept saying it hurt their eyes. Well... I used two textures, I don't remember the sources. Everything else was vectored by me from anime screenshots and manga scans. Total work time... about 16 hours (6 hours for young Nel, 7 for adult, 2 for Gamuza, half for the 3 and another hour to background, placing them, editing and that stuff).
I apologize for the resolution, when I first made the young Nel vector I wasn't considering using it, it was just practice, as I'm new to this vectoring thing. So I first resized the original to double it's height (it was 480px high). So that's why it can't be any larger

Yet another revision: This is the fifth! for god's sake! I changed the BG color to a more brownish-yellowish one. The orange definitely didn't work for me. I'm so messed with this color thing! Should I keep the original yellow, or go for this one, or back to the orange?
BTW, the thumbnail sucks, so I'd suggest you commented on the full-view. And thanks again for all the advice Gizel.
