This wall is interesting, but i have to agree with puppy, you could have made some big ones and small ones, and i think you just overdid with feathers, i would personally remove some of them. and the glow is bothering me, maybe at least reduce the opacity of the glow. its like the focus of the wall is on the feathers and not sebby
and for feather size, you could have used tools free transform,make the brush bigger and then blur it to make some focus on sebastian.
text part is nice, but with so many feathers around i dont think it kinda fits, so i prefere textless XD
vector is although really nice, you had interesting idea :D and i admire that

You could also try to smudge or re-trace his eyelashes, they look a bit jagged.
