My first wallpaper submission! X0 I got some help in Session Zero~ thank you all who gave me some advice on this! ^_^ I still feel like it isn't the greatest.. and the title isn't too grand as well.
I used PhotoImpact SE 4.0 for this, because that's the closest thing to PSP or Photoshop that I own. X0 I spent at least 4 or 5 hours on this. I used clonning brushes to add textures other than the ink blots/splatters.
