Very nice vector. I only have two problems with it.
One, It's really small ^^. Vectors mean you can make it super big no?
Two, It needs some text. The left side is sreaming for text to be placed there.

I think the colors of white and blue go great with kisuke and make him glow, just the resolution needs to be bigger and maybe a little more detail would really give it a pow, with a few touch ups this could be really great. B-

I like it, specifically I like how the background works well with the foreground. My only complaint is that it is really small (as in low resolution). Keep up the good work and work with higher resolutions. ^_^

Clean vector, nice background~ But maybe you could do something with the background to make it less 3D? And the sky could use some variation in colours too ^^

It's simple. Maybe too much simple. I would have added some graphic tags, or things (hope you understand) and maybe little play with the colors. (some parts needs to be darker, some parts lighter)
Anyway, good-looking wallpaper. But I won't downloaded it, because I'm missing there something. Some impuls to click the donwload button.

I love the color choice you picked with this; it's consistent throughout, and gives a very icy cold feel to the wallpaper. I do have to agree with everyone on the size, though; if it was bigger, I'd probably use it for my desktop. ):
