Well ... My cousin and my best friend Barca [ Barcalover] told me about this scan 3 months ago , our conversation was like this :
Barca: Hi Cyb! ^^
Me : Hiya Barca :D
Barca : How're you ?
Me: fine thanks and you ?
*and they start talking and as you all know that (when girls are talking , they don't know how to stop!) xD
[ Blah blah blah ... Blah blah blah ]
*and suddenly*
Barca: Cyb are you working on a new wall ?
Me: No!
Barca : Why ? =O
Me : i dunno .. and i have no idea which scan should i pick ? :(
Barca : don't worry!! i've an awesome scan for ya!! ;D
Me : Huh O.O?

Barca : yeah sure it is ;)
Me: But it needs alot alota of work u_u

heh..heheh what a long conversation!
anyways here's the link of the original scan [ i know it's already in the conv but , i should put the link here in case you didn't read the conv! ] :

actually it was really hard to make this scan into vector! as you can see that the hardest part was the robot :(
anyways here's some steps [not all the steps but some of them ] :
i really mean it when i said hard ..the lines! just the lines tooks me about 1 and a half week to finish it
and apart of that i'm too lazy to make the lines together in one time :S
i vectored the girl/robot and after that i used my tablet to add some touches ,
as for the BG .. i used some stroks and of course my tablet to paint the close & the far buildings ,
to be honest i think i said a little comparing to my work .. but i really dunno how to explain!
finally i want to thank my sister AG [ Anime-Girl] for some suggestions! :)
