I vectored this image scan this is my first attempt at vectoring too. uhm brushes I used were from screamotizer and corelila and this guy. I vectored the food and yes this is my first wall so it actually took me 3 weeks

What a great first attempt! I would have chosen brighter neon colors though for the graffiti, something to think about anyway!

First and foremost I commend you for the job you've done on your first vector :)
The concept is daring without being over-aspiring, and woot you managed to eliminate the common problem of emptiness *applause*
However, the girl and food seem somewhat oddly-placed. To me they lack contrast and saturation -- your gray background shouldn't engulf them, only support them. I could live without the addition of the lines to the vectors of these, but I can't without the shadowing. Though you've got the shadowing for the creases in her clothes alright, you lack lots of the vital shadowing that'd make her seem the least tangible. I recommend identifying a clear light source and basing your shadowing from there. I'd also like to see more gradients, because the piece seems flat when it shouldn't because the character looks 3D.
