The absolute darkness is covering the gods of the death. Their eyes are not only sharp but also empty like ironic faces of the death. The horror is there behind their charming faces.

I love your work, dark gray background stresses perfectly vectored charas, which have neat and precise lines..

A simple yet really really cool Death Note wallpaper! You know, it seems that too many people these days attempt to make simple wallpapers by slapping together scans and bland backgrounds because they think it looks cool...it's like a new craze or something. But this wallpaper, well...it's different because it actually works. The scan is vectored really well (and that is an awesome scan, by the way), and the simple background adds a lot to the whole image, showing really well the dark quality that everyone knows Death Note has, without taking away from the rest of the wall or distracting the viewer. As for how you could possibly improve it, I would suggest maybe a bigger and/or more centered Death Note logo. As it is, the logo is perfectly fine, but...it could be a little better.
