Lots of bubbles! Thanks bantam for the bubble advice :o
I vectored rei, then added a simple gradient background. I used some brushes from deviant art for the bubbles and lighting effects. The vector definitely took the longest... probably because I spent a lot of time just sitting there trying to decide how I wanted to do it. Anywaysssss, enjoy! ^ ^

For some reason the bubbles on the darker side look better than the lighter side bubbles...

This is good, with the bubbles... but I think it would be better if you could add text to the spaces. Good Job though!

Cool vector, i think hair is the best part of whole wall <3 emoticon

nicely done on the rest, but those bubbles arent the kind of bubbles fit for anime style
it would be better if you have found some brushes that fit more to anime

The leak is where the color goes out of the lineart...err,that sounds strange,hope you understood ^^'
As for the wall,the bubbles could be a bit lighter I think,and maybe you should add more of them or something,the wall feels kinda empty to me
But,nice job overall,I like the vector :)

I really like this and the vector is great (a little color overspill on the fingers but it happens to everyone, and you have to be looking to see it) but the bubbles are too... 3D.
Honestly they look "okay" but if you wanted them to look "fantastic" I would have done something less realistic... maybe painted a couple then copy/paste/resize.
I only mentioned this 'cause it looks like they're water drops ON the wallpaper as opposed to in it.
I really do love the wallie, though. The color gradient for the water and the lighting are all fantastic.
