I really wanted to make a Kimi ni Todoke wall after reading the manga so here's one =3
I thought this scan was lovely and so I used the vector made by jubjub.

I colored in her eyes, top and finger nails. As for the background, I didn't want it to be too busy so that's how I came up with the waves theme. I was just fooling around in photoshop really ^^' I'm happy and not happy with it at the same time lol. I tried to add a texture but it looked really busy, even without the sparkles and waves, so I decided to leave it like that.
