I like this wallpaper a lot. Its dark and mysterious just like Tuxie! Since, it is a Tuxedo Mask wallpaper. I do suggest taking out SM's silluette in the moon. You can use the Moon for a nice shadowy night effect but I don't think SM should be in this wall this time. If it was a wall for SM and TM then it'd work better. But its still up to you in the end. Just my thoughts.
Now, I put it on my desktop and boy is it totally SWEET! Just there is a 'light orange line'. Its really light. It goes across the lower half of the left TM. and runs up to the 'left' of the Moon. i don't know what it is or if its suppose to be there but I thought you should know.
Other wise things look really clean all in all.

The only thing else I can say right now is that I think you should have something that draws the attention a little, a focus point that stands out more. I can see that you are going for a subtle, "shadowy" feel, but I think there should be something the viewer can focus on a bit more, even if it's just the text. Hope I'm making sense. XD

Yeah, I liked your suggest of having a focal point and tried to do that. Hopefully, its working?

He he! Great minds think alike, I didn't see your post til I uploaded my revision last night and already took out that Moon with SM on it. That orange line was peaking was from one of the background images. Sorry about that. But glad you liked it! Hopefully this one works better.

And yes, I knew that was a title to a song, probably heard it in multiple AMVs over at youtube. But if I remember correctly, there was a reference to Tuxedo Mask being a Moonlight Shadow in the manga or anime. Not sure now. But it sounded cool. Might change the title if everyone keeps thinking of that song, since its so sad.

I love everything you've done. Except for the text... it may be a personal thing but I like the 'rounded' text because it came it more curve and with the coloring... to me... represented a moon. But that might just be me.

Personally, I'm still for the 'rounded' text. Since, the 2 images of tuxie and the text are the only 3 things in there. I think the 'rounded' text would give it that little something.

And I like the faded tuxie on the left but maybe he's a little to faded. At this optic to me.. I'm beginning to wonder why is he there... Not saying you should take him out. Please, no. Leave him. Just make him a little more there. Just a little. Not a whole lot.

Hey Dove,

The font is looking really good. I'm really liking it. Have you tried this font in the 'curve' that you had before? The Moonlight in this font might act better that way... even if you just 'curved' the word 'moonlight'. Might give you a nice effect.

But if your not liking the font on Moonlight.. just find a different one specificly for 'moonlight' because like you... I'm liking this font on 'shadow'.

You still want to try and get that 'orange' line off of the wall though. It shouldn't be to much to take out and hope it don't mess with your wall but that little feature just takes away from the whole wall.

I love 'Moonlight'. The glow and font and curve. Oh, it just makes it sing!! *^^* Now, 'Shadow' seems to be a bit left out... Maybe, try a dark shade around it like 'moonlight' but opposite. You'll have to play with it. If your feeling it. Possibly, it may look nice to hidden 'shadow' a little under 'moonlight' give it that hidden kind of feel. With a little fade or something... but it does seem to need to be a little straighter since 'moonlight is... it just seems a little left out but easily fixable.

I can see your hard work and great thinking and heart going into this wall. Your doing great. Your almost there! Don't give up!

If yes or no I see its darker in the background around 'moonlight'. If that was on purpose or not.. I don't know... but I don't want to end up a nag. I don't like nags but nags have there purpose. Anyways, that 'dark spot' could use some 'sparkles'. Like the rest of the wall. To make it blend in and let the sweet 'moonlight' do its job!

Yet, as far as 'shadow' goes. Your kinda on your own. GeneDNC is all go for it and you know I'm not so much for it. So, its up to you to either find a medium or just satisfy yourself. That's what it kinda comes down to anyways.

Nope, no more weird orange lines!!

And as I was taking another look at this wall. I had a thought of how to make it just a tad more mystic and fill in that 'dead space' I heard about. If you put a little 'wave' in the 'shadow' text. And move it closer to the 'moonlight' as if it were hidding a little or more shadowy like... but if you have another word or 'shadow' and fade it down and put it behind the rest of the text or something until it looks right. Might give it that little extra... something... but if I make no sense... one of my walls is kinda like what I'm talking... not completely but you'll get the idea. Text can be your friend.



As far as I know this is the only time I've used this technique or else I'd show you something better. So, sorry for the lack of visuals but if nothing else. Just play with the text a little. You'll figure it out. Just mess with the optics and such.. You'll start to feel the mystic of the moon!
