I'm really sorry to hear it didn't get accepted, I really like the mofification you made to the background over the previous version. I really wish I had something better to say, but I really like it, and I saved it for later, I'll probably put it as wallpaper on my secondary pc.

I think the concept needs to be worked on. It all doesn't look that much connected, you need some sore of design that keeps the pictures of the girls together. The current background looks a little too busy.
It usually helps to look at some current advertisments or promoshoots in magazines. That might give you some inspiration.

Alright,
Your background is really cool looking, and though the "banner-like" images of the girls are nice, they do not fit in well with the wall.
I would work on find a high-quality scan of the three, or the three individually and vector/extract the images and place them into your wall.
I want to see more of the girls (waist up if not full body) in this wall, and add in some effects around them.
Right now, it just looks like three banners placed on a cool background, nothing more.
