Ok, first off...this took way too much time for my preferences. XD And I'm not quite sure if it's worth it, but I sure am hoping so!! So...yes, another Ritsuka vector. I just love him. ^^ He's so freaking cute...he's SO not 12 years old either. I swear, that's not right! Hah, but it's not stopping me from liking him and calling him sexy. ;D So anyhoo, I found this scan, and I knew I wanted to vector it badly!

And that's where this all started! Well over a week ago with that black and white scan. A lot of work to vector, but also a lot of fun. I had loads of fun deciding what colors to use for him, and the plaid shorts idea came from my mom. XD After her initial shock at learning about his age and his gender. *laugh* So yeah. I had the most fun with vectoring him, but I had the least fun with the background.
I know...it looks really random. Lots of glowing things and space-like extraterrestrial stuff going on. Well, it was supposed to be snow...but I'm not sure anymore. I wanted the bg to be red to match Ritsuka's colors, and I also wanted to have a similar bg to the one in the scan, with the graveyard, but I just can't vector worth crap. More like, I can't vector things to make them look realistic. The scan didn't have enough of those nifty gravestones, so I went searching on dA for a photo with some. :3 Lo' and behold, I found the perfect one! Which can be found here. ♥ Exactly what I wanted. So I proceeded to vector some of them...and then I added texture to them.
Yes, texture. I can't live without it. Sorry. I couldn't stand how this wallpaper looked without texture...it's just not my style. DX So I used this one and this, too. I erased some away in areas as well. :/ Then I added the title. If you don't like text, I am including a textless version as well...although only for widescreen. Sorry, I'm too lazy. D:
So overall, this took a lot of hours. ~__~ I don't think I'll vector much more. *laugh* I'm just not as happy with them as I am with my traditional scan extraction texturework etc. ones. XD So yeah. Any criticism/comments/faves are MUCH appreciated!! I hope you like it~~
