Aww, you're welcome! ^^ You've improved it a lot because of getting rid of that texture you had before...all that red covering the sailor scouts was just too much! It made it look lesser quality. Now, it's smoother, although I think the filters you used on the scan...well, still doesn't look THAT great, but it's a job well done without vectoring. ^^ Also, since I have a small res monitor of 1024x768, it actually looks perfect! XD The logo...still has some problems for me. But it isn't bad. :3 Nice job, august! I'm glad you got it edited and submitted again.
