I like this composition better, but I don't agree with what you did to the image on the right...it looks really weird. By the way, are you sure that all the images you used here are official art?
Anyway, I think you should maintain consistency in your wallpaper. For example, if you used a 3D image such as the one on the right and the bottom right card, you should not mix the flat 2D images for the rest of the cards, because it looks kinda strange.
Besides, I don't get the connection between the title and this wallpaper...O_O

I like the color you used. Dark blue seems to fit nicely with Riku.
However, the Riku bug scan is definitely looking weird. You must have messed with its color a lot @~1@ My advice is that you should regain its original properties and leave him looking the way he's supposed to look. You can however play with its brightness to make him blend with the dark background. But don't mess with his colors.
I also think you should switch the small pics with the title letters. Place the title to the left and the pics on the center, right beside big Riku. And make sure that all of your scans are official arts and not fanart. Otherwise the wallpaper will get rejected easily. And last but not least, you forgot your signature. You should place your signature (username) on the lower right part of the wallpaper so that your wallpaper is identified. Otherwise that would be an easy rejection as well.

Like what some said, the blue BG fits nicely with the character.
But rather than palcing another four faces/screencaps of Riku(?)
you could explore more how to make the blue BG more vibrant and creative.

Um...i guess this one's easier to comment on than the other
i dislike the fact how the images you used all seem to be from different stuff. like how there's the flat ones and then tehre's the 3d ones
as for that main big image you choosed its in bad shape >.< re-CG or find a new better version one

Ok, I will comment only one of them, and thats cause, well, neither of them is good. You make a basic mistake with putting the same character on the wall more times. Yes, I know wallers use this style, but definitely not AP wallers, just some amateurs from OT or AW, who don't know what else to put in. Make quality walls, not quantity.
And recommending to not use different scan styles, if you chosed some CG, don't use drawed or vectored style on it.
