Not much to say, I completed the missing parts and added some flowers. It doesn't really this much time to vector (I'm pretty fast), I started it 2 days ago. You have a view of the outline mode on scan post.
About the title: It's a Swedish proverb. I search for something about crying and found this one. I think it fits pretty well with this girl in tears looking far away...
This wallpaper marks my 100th vector submitted on Animepaper. The vector itself is quite the challenge but not impossible. Try it if you have time ^^ If you have any questions regarding the techniques or such I used with Inkscape, feel free to ask.
Feel free to comment ^^
ps : If you need a higher resolution (not sure it even exists), feel free to ask.
1st revision : I change the z-order of the blushing so that it does not go over her eyes. Thank you to point it out ^^
2nd revision : Oups~ Seems like AP doesn't like my image since something goes wrong with the upload. Second try ^^ Still doesn't work, I am cursed maybe X) The highest resolution one is fine, the lower ones are screwed though.
3rd revision : Ok. It seems like AP don't like PNG for wallpaper. I submitted it it jpg. Usually I submit vector in PNG so it doesn't cross my mind ^^'
4nd revision : Now that I understand how it works, I submitted other aspect ratio. Enjoy ^^

Baaaaycuun! As a side note, anyone know how to select multiple path layers in photoshop to resize all the paths?
