I was always more a fan of the good old Artworks and Illustrations then any Vectorsn or anything else so i decited to make something more like my old wallpapers.

In this Case i didnt extract the Scan i didnt wanted to ruin the scan so i just made the Background with the same color as the Scans Background and used a Texcture over it so that it looks similar to the scan. after that i used again Texture but a other one with that i couls let it looks like on paper.
After a lot of Layer Duplicating and chaning color modes and using a lot of different textures i hope that i made a good looking wallpaper.

Inthe End it looked a bit empty so i used a picture of these Sakura Flowers and changed here4 to in the right mode.

The hardest was the Text somehow i coudnt make it looks like on paper so i hope the end result is good.
