The vectors are good but the water background is too real for anime. I suggest you go with an abstract for the background. Good luck!

I agree with Rin-chan, your background is too real, it makes the anime look a bit off, almost as if it's not meant to be there.
Also the vector of Orchimaru is a bit small why not trying making it bigger. Since his eyes look evil, it'd be awesome view point in the wallpaper.
