This can't be a wall because you can't take a manga scan then add a pattern for the background. Besides, if Kenpachi is on a rooftop, there should be a sky. I suggest vectoring the scan and taking out the Japanese sound effects and you can go on there from there.

Wel is still only just a manga cutout, and some pattern on the background. As was said about hard to count this one as a wallpaper. Main problem is the character, since is a manga source it needs to be vectored, and yes a sky background would fit at the best.

Id suggest making the background black, and the roof top and all the other white color areas should be a lot and I mean a lot whiter -at the moment you cant see what is going on.
Make the kanji characters crimson (blood red) and lets see what happens!
