This is the most original idea I thought of so far. Got the idea wanting to play Grand theft auto IV, but I have to wait 3 months so I just made a wallpaper out of it.

This paper has about...40+ layers! and took me only about 2-3 hours. I used a few vector brushes to add a city feel to some of the characters. The hardest part was actually making the layout to this, with all the cutout boxes and stuff.
I tried a couple of scans, about 15 to get the right combination.

I know Ichigo on the left stands out too much but the game case just dossent take up enough space for the whole paper. I made a similar Naruto paper some time ago but its low quality and not too much work put in it. Heres a link http://wallpapers.theotaku.com/view.php?action=retrieve&id=121720

What should I do to make this an actual...WALLPAPER!.....I wanted to make it look like an advertisment but uh, Didnt look so great. Someone please help me.

Keep in mind that logos from Rockstar - playstation and sony all belong to there respective owners. Why not try to change that into something more freestyle/originell like a A with a star attached to it (rockstar logo ripoff and call it animestar ore sompt :P)

I wouldn't crop it. What you could do is make a sorta shelf that they sell games on at Walmart or Gamestop and have it on a rack with the edges of whatever games are next to them on either side, or something like that...

In regards to the logos to protect you from legal crap, I'd just change the are in the Rockstar logo to look like a B (for obvious reasons), and for the playstation 3 logo on the side you could make is say something cool like Slaystation 3. As for the the playstation logo in the upper left corner of the box...you'll have to improvise on that one...

Personally, I'd change all the titles into parodic ones [ok, i'm tired, nothing comes to my mind right now..]. And even put this image on a dvd box, on a table or something. also, there was a similar wallpaper for Pani Poni Dash, go have a look at it. Best of luck ;)

Yeah, that bland grey BG behind Ichigo on the left is kind of a dead zone. The idea works brilliantly. Maybe if you took out the PS3 thing and centered it on a solid black BG it would look better. You could also add a subtitle like they used for Vice City and San Andreas. GTA: Soul Society or something. Just a thought.

You're doing great so far, I hope to see this one in the gallery soon.

Yeh, as Beckor said, you've gotta be really careful with the logos. Have a go at changing them to bleach related names. Again, for the name of the wallpaper, instead of Grand Theft Auto, use this font: http://www.dafont.com/pricedown.font to change the text. Have a good think about a catchy name

The only other thing I don't like about it is the whole of the left side. It looks too separate from the rest of the wall. I would love it if it looked something like the splash screens from the game when it loads: http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/2150/dsc2719zs8.jpg (yes, that is my MacBook playing Vice City XD). Then it would look amazing in my opinion!

Ahh great idea! I love it.. Man it would be soo cool to have a GTA game of Bleach.
To be able to run around soul society totally maming baddys.. haha Anywho! Great work on the Box art. I really like how you pieced them all togeather. Looks like it was fun to work on!
