Placement of the scan is compositionally strong, but I find the void tends to be excessive and gives an impression of a lack of ideas rather than a thoroughly considered a element. I also find that the areas of noise on the scan read as moire and thusly a poor cleaning job rather than a considered texture.

It's certainly not one of your stronger works.

Consider adding additional elements to stop the eye being lead off the canvas by the void. Also reconsider the choice of texture used if it is indeed texture or otherwise de-moire the remaining areas of noise.
