Umm this is my first wall with a good program. I feel its missing something but I'm not sure what it is. Any ideas or criticism about it would be greatly appreciated.
One idea I was thinking was maybe blur,confuse and saturate/dodge or colorize the red spots to look more blood-like.
And another was maybe a different text.
