Hmm. There seems to be very little work put into this wall. Rather than enlarging a screenshot, as you have clearly done, you should try creating a vector of the image. That way you could provide a higher quality wallpaper as well as larger resolutions. It's hard to really tell what this image is supposed to be of.

Since when is a plain screenshot with a text on it a wallpaper? The quality is just too low, as awaited by screencaps. Painting combined with vectoring might do it, tough is a advanced technique, which should be hard for a starter.
