After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

This is my 7th wallpaper to date!! So what better way to go w/ a lucky number than with Ghost in the Shell. I got the image from this promo poster for GITS 2nd GIG, so I just extracted the image and covered up the blank parts w/ the letters and the digital (o_o) emoticon business card. It's all done in Photoshop, and I feel this is a pretty good wall. Dark w/ the Russian text behind it (from the OST Rise by Origa) it has a pretty cool feel to it.

Wow, one of the best GITS walls there is. I like the text at the side, reminds me of the opening. =P Motoko, Batou, Chief, everyone looks great. Nice quality, keep it up. =P

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!, oh my god, I LOVE THAT WALL, i love the it i mean the whole thing its just so uuuuuu, have no words to discribe it, i just love the colorsw and the song on the bg is so awesome couse you now im realy Russian but i live in America, and well i just bought the GITS(ghost in the shell) soundtrack and that song just rox me of!! XD, i like the thought of it, it realy goes nice together, i also like the 2nd GIG sing in the window type of tihng its very col, gees, its incredible wall, i haven't seen something so amazing in a long time, and im now kidn u, honestly im not!!,
well it would be so wrong for me not to add this wallpaper to my fav+ list, so im GOING ot do it Right Now!,

The window/box in the center of the wallpaper with the title/logo on it ruins the piece as a wallpaper, because as a wallpaper it would be a superficial window which would look strange on the overall desktop.

Ah! the second gig opening! some of my favorite animation ever. I love the note from Aramaki to the PM.

Also, the window in the middle reminds me of this picture they have at the Nelson-Atkins art museum in KC. It has a perfectly-drawn cloth painted over most of the picture, so that it looks as though there's just a cloth hanging there that you could remove - but of course you can't. The window's just like that, every time I see it I think I can close it and see what's behind, but I never will. It makes the whole wallpaper much more tantalizing. An excellent job!

It's good, but there are some mistakes in russian lyrics;) If you want, I can send you edited version without mistakes, so you can change it on wallpaper.
I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes.

I'm not quite convinced at the computer-esque window... in my opinion, it looks kinda off compared to everything else on the wallpaper.

Other than that, I like the way you coloured and cleaned the original picture. Great job!

I like it overall. I think the window and the text take more away from the desktop than they add.. while the digital window isn't mimicking a Windows or Apple window too much, it would still be distracting. It's like that is the focal point of the whole desktop, when I think the characters themselves should have been.

But that's just how I see it. Overall, it's a very high quality background except for my minor gripes.
