I notice that you often use the same brushes though, you may want to try something new for a change!
Anyways, I love this wall, though I think you should credit the person who vectored Ulquiorra in the soapbox.

This wall is really intuitive...I love the effects, but this wall would be better suited for a character in a mecha anime more than Ulquiorra from Bleach. IMO, he's cool, but his character design gives more of a depressing look from the black tear streams down his face. I think a gloomy background would suit him better, although the colours you've chosen are good. The one you've got right now is nice, but is too technologically advanced for him
