Hopefully this will be my first Lucky Star wallpaper.
The scan I chose is the popular Izumi Konata, and I didn't make it, I found it on the web. So if the owner sees this, please let me know so that I can credit you for the vector.
The background was basically made by painting it light blue. Then I added the sunrise brush in white, and after that I began to play with various brushes, from stars, sparkles, circles, and ovals.
The title of this wallpaper is "Tres", which means "Three" in spanish, and I think it's pretty obvious where I got that idea if you look at Konata's fingers xP
