It's been quite awhile since I've made a wallpaper. To be honest, I wasnt' captivated by Tsubasa until the 14th volume in spite of reading the previous ones before coming to this one. When I was reading on Kurogane's past, upon seeing this image, made me squee and want to wall it. The colouring began in mid-November and finished early December. However, a coloured manga scan is nothing until it is manipulated, which was the portion of the time that stretched on until the end of January. It wasn't touched until about the eve of the finished work but by the end, it finally worked out and inspired by the lyrics from Eternal Memory. It wasn't until January 28th 2007 (about 4 or 5 years) that I finally found out the singer is none other than Lena Park for Disney Movie Mulan (no wonder it sounded Disney-ish everytime). The mood I was trying to depict is a sepia toned theme and I think I finally got it. My thanks to especially ~Fuujin aka Aria-chan for giving a really good suggestion and I'd also like to thank the peopel on Session zero for taking the time to take a look at the wallpaper.

Now, that's a concept we don't see in AP.net everyday. Making the drawing in the book/manga come alive and every page have a different story to tell. The texture looks nice and it's a kudos effort, I saluted that.

Holy crap!...this is awesome. Nice coloring job and the integration into a book is sweet. Distortions look good, and your sepia/washed out over-tones make for a perfect wall. Great job and this is an immediate fav!

Whell im sure all tsubasa fans will go mad about this wall and i am giving it pretty high hopes that it will be ending up on the daily 3.
I find the concept of this wallpaper unbelievable brilliant and good looking. There are just to many stuff i see when i open the wall at full size that sort of disappoint me. So here are some point outs for further work.
The overall quality of the wallpaper i find a bit low, it has all this grainy and grungy stuff on it making it hard to see what was made that way and what was allready that way. Most annoying are imo the paint splashes (that also look like clouds) that have a sort of to-thin-borderly outline on them. And the black page folding brush pattern (looks to be from a swirl brush) that sort of distorts the page making it look not all to sharp.
Other points of improvement might be book quality, and then especiially the center page outline. That is way to thin to be normal. The seperation is even so poor that it appears it wasnt seperated. You might could also try the idea that the 2 characters are fighting are not on the page but coming from the page so that they would be finghting over the seperation line. And the book needs some sharper and cleaner lining then this vague brownish.
As last point out i want to point out that the character work you used is off very good quality and very fitting to book pages even in the way you made it visible. Kudos on that.
and next time try to do somethin more basic ore more special with the tekst then you did now, it isnt really fitting and is also a bit over the book. maybe next time a handwritten font and more like a floating text/scroll text. See whut you can make of it
All with i find this a very good piece of wall, and im sure you will get a lot of credits. you wont get a fav from me, for that it misses some essential points imo. Good luck in the future keep me tuned and stuff and keep up the good work

Very new..and innovative thinking. Nice way to bring mangas into the wallpapers. Looks real nice..but wasnt impressed by the colors. Maybe a better color combination..then i would have thought its perfect

This is one work, I like, it has a good set of formal elements, colour, texture and the fact the main theme is a book. +Favs and now my new Wallpaper. 10/10

I like it very much, it´s beautifuly done. yhe colors are so warm, really makes me think on memories. maybe I don´t like too much it´s the division line in the book, looks a little unreal to me, like a mistake, maybe not doing it so obvius, like with a smooth shadow, it will look better, at least I think so, or maybe it´s fine and it´s just me ^^ great job

Extraordinary concept and use of images. This wallpaper it's different from other the Tsubasa... But i think the phrase is very long . Anyway this wall is awesome.
