With this wall, I really wanted to have this sort of childish feel with the candy, but show age through a vintage style. Achieving both was a difficult task, and I hope I pulled it off. When I started off I had a completely different concept for the composition in mind, but as I worked the vector that concept began to morph into what you see now. If I had to guess, I'd say overall this took about 6 hours to complete, 5 working on the vector, and 1 on the actual wallpaper. :P I re-cg'd the hair, but not very much had to be done to it. I like the vintage feel, but I don't like how the colors I had became somewhat muted in the process. This is my first completed vector and my first submission here at AP. :) Comments and criticism are greatly appreciated.
