After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

When i first saw the scan on AP ... i had to make a wallpaper on it ^^
i tried first to show the character with butterflies . Then decided ( after divStar suggestion ) to show her when she remembered her lover ...
The scan took me a rather long time to clean up ... i used lens blur and smart blur with Clone Stamp Tool ... The scan wasn't complete ( her kimono was cut in the bottom right ) so I create the missing part (a part of the sleeve ) .
For the background it changed very often ( cf post : Basilisk wallpaper in session zero ) ... i finally found a landscape view which fit whith the wall mood ... i modify it and add elements ( rain, raindrops, fog ) by brushing and a tree . I wanted the background to reflect her minds and her sadness .
I took me several days to create it and about 25 layers
Hope you like it ^^
thx to all the forumers in session zero who help me for creating the wall (especially divStar Jibril Vinifera7 DivineLegend and twinkle-star ) ^^

PS : hope you see that the butterfly near the text is laying on it ^^

Wow. I'm simply amazed by the work and effort you did on this wall. I checked out the original scan and I finally saw how much work you did. Some advice, since the scan you're working with is so simple, you can vector it instead of smart blurring =P The overall wall needs a tad bit more blending, the butterflies tend to stand out a bit too much =/ The rain is extremely well done, along with the background. I'm not too fond with the font, perhaps you can make it another colour other than pink? XD besides that, thsi wall is truly lovely. I see this is your first submission according to your userpage, well, I hope you submit more =D

Really exquisite scene O_O!! I love the contrast of the butterflies! The shine add a good effect too! The colour scheme and the rain is absolutely gorgeous! The scan is lovely as well and fits perfectly for this wall! Great work!!

A wall of my fave character in basilisk, Hontarubi! you managed to capture e mood in which she is griefing over e loss of her lover. Nice work! The selection of fonts is good too. But maybe you can change e text color to less bright or lower the opacity a little, so tat it blends in more with e bg! gd effort! Keep up e gd work!

It is nice too see a good wallpaper from this great serie. Mood is great in this wallpaper, it tells the loneliness of Hotarubi .
Font would be better if it is placed below. Rain looks great , however blending could be better. Btw nice wp, want to see more basilisk wall from u. ps. your avatar is great too ^^
