The blue is abit harsh but at least it doesn't clash with the vector. i really like your choice of character to vector, very cute and funny. overall you did a nice job! :)

It's pretty funny, but I feel that the lines of the vector are too bold, and the text looks rather 'slapped on'... the background really spoils the effect of a pretty good vector and a great humorous concept.

Great concept but the execution needs more work XP
sanzo's lines are too wobbly.
the background is . . . . ok, not too bad, but the words are in a bad font and dont stick out enough.

Aww, the scan is so adorable. The vectoring job is nicely done as well. The background seems alittle boring, too much blue. The color of the font on top of the dark blue background makes the font hard to read and notice.

It's kawaii and funny, but a bit simple. You could have added more details to the background. I'd recommend patterns or gradient if you're using Photoshop.

This Chibi Sanzo wallpaper is so cute! ^^ I love the blue background, the blue is my favourite colour too, and the advise is very funny! XDDD And the Sanzo expression is perfect in the contest of this wall!

Uh...I really like the idea, but you would do more work on the plain background, and get rid of the oddly placed words in between (above the sign), it would be much better. Or at least, don't use bright royal blue -_- it doesn't fit Sanzo at all...
