Hello everyone!
What can I say? I love Koge Donbo and and everything created by her. Especially her beloved baby that is Di Gi Charat. With that said, it's no big exageration to say that this wall was a labor of love for me. I really had fun making it. Yes, I know it's abstract and not scenic (I plan on making my next wall scenic), and no, Dejiko is not vectored. When I first started this wall, I wasn't confident enough in my vecoring skills to present a fully vectored charcter. On the other hand, everything else in the wall is vectored. The cat paws and cat bells are vector traces that I re-cg'd and the angled lines connecting the cat paws together were meticulously drawn in through the use of vector line art. Thanks to this experience, I am now confident enough to dive into vectoring all the way.
I can't say that wall was a piece of cake to realize because it hasn't. When I started this project, I was absolutely vexed that I had such a hard time visualizing a backgroung for the scan. But thanks to some great inspiration from everyone in session zero, I was able to evolve the wall from this:

to this:

and finally, into the version I submitted to the gallery. The whole wall took about a week and a half to complete. Mainly due to the fact that I had been too busy to work on it all in one shot and also because I was communicating back and forth with my fellow AP members in session zero about the wall. Special thanks go out to lufiamanaelf, blu3angl, OtakuGaijin, chibicrystal, LadySaotome, and umboody. I humbly thank you all for every inspirating and insightful suggestion and idea. Your support was invaluable and greatly appreciated.
I hope you all enjoy this wall. ^_^
All critiques are welcomed and encouraged.
Take care, everyone.
