This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
The title really suit the picture... the darkness and the film stips on the wallpaper (memories or past in this case) it's very nice and it's very nice that natsuki changes colour in accord with the background... flow with the memories ^^ background --> very nice it's very... mystical?
I like it! Great job on the background with including the flimstrip you made! very creative there and the colors are awesome too! Good job on the blending and the stars fit well in this one! Natsuki looks good here and the brush work is uperb! FAVORITES!

This is a top wallpaper for a top anime. Mai Hime is one of the best series but i prefer Mai Otome if i had to compare my liking for both. A very interesting and unique bg with the usage of filmstrips running across it ^_^. Very creative.
*Two Thumbs up*

Nice blend of colors if you ask me... The effects are dazzling and it matches perfectly with Natsuki there. The title seems to suit the whole concept of the wallpaper. Great job.
That looks very nice.
i always wanted to watch the anime but i hadn't the time for it. anyways a very well done wall and i really like what you did there. *fav*
I loved the backgrount image! Not only the scenario, which is really well-done, but also the little film there. I love this kind of editing.. esides, it is really pretty, the effects you used.
This wall is not bad.
however i think the background should be changed slightly to blend better with the scan.
the scan isn't very well done either. a darker tone of orange should be used in my point of view.
overall, its a good wall to download and orge at =>
