I chose this scan for the sole reason that it's one of the few in which Yuuji's face doesn't look weird, well and the fact that I liked that flame that he was holding. I sort of wanted to do an imitation of the first opening of 'Shakugan no Shana', only when I actually looked at it after I finished the wallpaper I realized that it doesn't look like this at all and my memory was fooling me; it's too bad though cause I like how it turned out. In the end this was as much an exercise in Kanji as anything else; though I sincerely hope nobody actually tries to read it because I totally failed to remember which one means what, well except for the writing in the front: that one was vectored from the title of DVD so I am pretty darn sure it says Shakugan no Shana (really need to review my japanese before the school year starts >_<). My favorite part though was the clock. It's a pity that in the end most of it was covered because I put a lot of work into making it geometrically even and all!
