First thing is first, just want to say thanks a lot to Kalico uploading this scan. It was a great scan to work with. You can download it here:

Well for my third wallpaper, I wanted to do something different from my previous wallpapers.
Well everything in this wallpaper is pretty much vectored by me except the background of the photo (I got lazy XD and the building and the rest of the background was too complex for my will to go on. I just extracted the crap out of it) and the wood wasn't vectored out (that would have been killer, but I did make the wood, though.). So pretty much it was 95 percent all vectored out. I DREW in the REST of Robins arm (That was kind of hard trying to match it perfectly). Please DO NOT use the rest of her arm unless you actually draw it in or get premission from me. The rose, candle w/flame, and rose from scratch. Oh and the wood was from scratch, but I didn't vector that out.
I had so many different concepts for this wallpaper, but finally just chose this one. It is simple yet, not cluttered. Each item in the wallpaper "symbolize" or "represent" something in the anime. You should go watch it if you haven't seen it yet. ;)
There are two different light sources, it is not just the candle. The candle is for more of just representation of her power.

Thats pretty much it. I can't remember anymore because I looked at so many different sites to find out what to use.
Pretty much did the same thing as usual for this wallpaper. Transparency, masking, feathering, glow effect, blur effect, and grain effect. Made my own textures and stuff to use for some parts of the wallpaper.
Well hope you like it. I uploaded a bigger resolution for the people who like using bigger resolutions and you can see my details even more. ;)
