comments: wallpaper constructed through photoshop cs2 using a base image that i had on rei ayanami stock. i've always liked this image of her, but the quality of the base was terrible.. so i vectored it. background was done with basic 3d shapes transformed and rotated to match, widescreened, and the abstract behind rei was a collaboration of abstract effects I made. I made the eye, and the font design.
* EDIT* I'm glad to see some people enjoy it, i guess it's an aquired taste perhaps? i grew up on abstract wallpaper, and i always found it to be the most attractive and eye catching.

*EDITx2* one thing i can say with confidence is that i wanted to try something new from what i've seen on animepaper. hardly have i seen abstract background collaged into one with a high-quality vector-- so i tried to capture rei's true feelings and place em into a selective coordination.
